Why Become A Member?

When you become a member of the Hypoparathyroidism Association you will be helping to educate others about this disease that has invaded our lives.  The money will go to maintaining our website, publishing newsletters and other publications and holding patient conferences, seminars, webinars, podcasts, etc.

Membership Has Its Perks:

  • Receive discounts to conferences, seminars and workshops
  • Have full access to ALL the information on our web site, including: the Member Forum (a private place to share your experiences) and the Member Gallery (a fun way to tell your whole story; it is for paid members only)
  • Receive our quarterly newsletter, The Hypopara-Post
  • Receive “HPTH TidBits” (our monthly e-newsletter)
  • Access webinars and podcasts  (these will have experts in the field of hypoparathyroidism talking about updates in the world of hypoparathyroidisim  and/or answering questions you may have about hypoparathyroidism).
  • Get contacted when research opportunities are available for YOU to participate in!  Just fill out the Patient Information to be entered in our Research Database.
The membership fees are as follows: 1 yr membership $25   (USD)
  2 yr membership $45   (USD)

 

Research Membership (New)

Alternately, if you just want to provide some basic medical information for our Research Database (described above), just select the Research Member option during registration and fill out the forms, and you won't pay a dime!  You will have access to the Member Forum (when logged in) in addition to our Resources and Articles, but you will not receive the other perks of membership. 

 

IF YOU WERE A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION BEFORE THE NEW WEBSITE  - PLEASE USE YOUR OLD LOGIN INFORMATION AND BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION.  THIS WILL AVOID DUPLICATE RECORDS.  IF YOUR HAVE FORGOTTEN YOU LOGIN INFO - PLEASE CONTACT US admin@hpth.org AND WE WILL GET YOU HOOKED UP!

Any membership information collected will remain confidential – it will NOT be sold, rented or used by anyone except the HPTH Association.  The database is encrypted for your privacy.
