All personal and private contact information remains totally CONFIDENTIAL. 

Specific personal and private medical information submitted to the Hypoparathyroidism Association on the registration form is NEVER shared with or sold to anyone.  Demographic and statistical information may be provided to researchers but NO identifying information will be released, period. 

The Member Section on the web site is only available to registered members who must use their user name and password to access it.  In addition, the Member Section is encrypted as an additional precaution to protect information on our members.
